• Technical education or equivalent experience in industrial production, preferably semiconductor photolithography.
• Experience in analyzing and resolving process and quality-related issues.
• Ability to work with technical documentation and standardized processes.
• Structured, independent, solution-oriented working style.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• High focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• German written and spoken; English an advantage.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty rotation.

Aufgaben

• Ensure stable and efficient production operations in the photolithography area
• Perform and support process verifications, qualifications, and releases in accordance with established requirements
• Analyze and resolve process deviations and support investigations related to quality issues and customer complaints
• Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and training materials
• Organize and conduct training sessions and certifications for production employees
• Support process changes, equipment projects, and capacity expansion initiatives
• Initiate and follow up on ZBA, SCR, and NMR processes, and support CAR and ECR activities
• Actively participate in continuous improvement (CIP/KVP), 6S, and safety initiatives
• Participate in shop floor meetings and on-call duty (standby service)
