Qualifikationen

• Expérience en back-office avec une bonne connaissance des titres.
• Fluent en français et en anglais, l'allemand est un plus.

Aufgaben

• Traitement des opérations de transfert et des transactions sur tous les actifs.
• Surveillance des activités de prêt de titres et réconciliation des opérations.

• Within our Back-Office department, you will be part of the Institutional Settlement – Trades Settlement – Securities Lending Team:

Responsibilities:

• Processing of transfer operations (all asset classes), global markets (RFP and DFP).
• Processing of trades (all asset classes), global markets (RVP and DVP).
• Processing of physical shares.
• Processing/monitoring of Securities Lending activity.
• Conduct reconciliation/investigation related to securities and/or cash.
• Daily contacts and monitoring with counterparts and custodians.

Daily usage of SWIFT messages MT54/MT76/MT599.

• Usage of Telekurs, Bloomberg, GTMatch, GTExchange, T24, external portals, and internal tools.
• CFC in banking environment as a minimum.
• An experience in a back-office; very good knowledge of securities.
• Fluent in French and in English; German would be a plus.
• You have a strong command of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word) and demonstrate a keen interest in enhancing technical tools, optimizing processes, and driving internal projects forward.
• You are stress resistant and you have a good learning capacity.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• As a team player with excellent communication skills, you want to join a dynamic team.
