Job summary

Sword Technologies SA is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Designer/Architect to design and specify technical solutions for ServiceNow projects. You will collaborate with development teams to implement on the platforms of Sword’s clients, ensuring robust integration and scalable solutions.

Qualified candidates have 4+ years with ServiceNow, experience delivering 2+ major modules (CSM, SPM, ITAM), and deep portal/workflow expertise.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow.
Experience implementing and customizing at least 2 major ServiceNow modules including: CSM, SPM, ITAM
Deep experience with Portal, Workflows, Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Actions, UI Policies, ACLs, and Notifications
ITILv3 certification is preferred
ServiceNow Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications are required
Any additional ServiceNow certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform and take ownership of solution design
Support development teams in configuring standard applications (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, etc.) as well as developing new applications using ServiceNow features
Especially on modules CSM, SPM and ITAM
Participate in gathering business and technical requirements and in implementation documentation
Integrate ServiceNow with external tools (SCCM, Intune, SAP, etc.)
Develop test cases
Promote best practices
