What's waiting for you:
  • Contact person in 2nd level support for our Digital Trust Platform - especially in the areas of identification and electronic signature - as well as responsibility for compliance with the SLA for customer tickets
  • Proactive monitoring of our services and creation of customer reports
  • Coordinating tasks between development, operations and customers, e.g.for maintenance work or new releases
  • Analyzing the causes of customer incidents and actively helping to resolve them
  • Responsibility for fast, smooth onboarding of customers during the introduction of our Digital Trust Platform
  • Independent coordination and implementation of customer meetings to clarify technical issues or problems
  • Initiating and supporting internal projects to continuously improve our processes
What you bring:
  • At least two years of professional experience in operations and/or support (incident and problem management)
  • Enjoy supporting customers and delivering excellent service
  • Strong analytical skills to quickly analyze errors and solve technical challenges
  • High level of initiative and persistence in working through complex technical issues
  • Strong communication skills, empathetic personality with a strong sense of implementation and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Technical understanding, ideally with experience in using tools such as Postman (API calls) or in customizing CSS files
  • Independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as a strong team player
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
