Jobbeschreibung

Due to continued growth, we are now hiring for a Service Delivery Manager.

The Service Delivery Manager will manage and take ownership of the company's relationships with our existing clients, which includes overseeing the day-to-day delivery of our contractual obligations for those clients, from inception to delivery, service and renewal, operational control, client communication, and financial management.

What you will be doing:

  1. Understanding the KPIs and SLAs that are in place for each of our clients and contracts.
  2. Overseeing all renewals and extensions for client contracts, including financial and performance-based KPIs.
  3. Promoting the organisation's scope of offerings, identifying additional sales opportunities to support the wider company's growth targets.
  4. Building and nurturing the essential relationships we have built with our new and existing client base, and responding to any queries, concerns or issues as quickly, efficiently and effectively as possible.
  5. Taking ownership of specific projects when they arise.
  6. Working with various departments across Technology, including Client Services, Product and Development, to identify and define requirements for complex issues, working with the appropriate stakeholders to design and implement positive outcomes.

What we are looking for:

  1. Proven and demonstrable experience of working within a client-facing, fast-paced and led environment.
  2. 3 years minimum in a relevant role.
  3. Proven and demonstrable experience of building strong client relationships and ensuring retention within a client portfolio.
  4. Experience owning budgets, raising Pos, managing invoices, and project management.
  5. German fluent.
