The firm practices in Family Law and Criminal Defense. We are committed to staying ahead in a competitive market by blending traditional expertise with cutting-edge marketing strategies. Currently, we operate in the state of MN and NC with plans to continue our extraordinary growth in new markets.

Responsibilities

On-Page SEO

• Optimize service pages, landing pages, and blogs for target keywords.
• Implement schema markup, metadata, internal linking, and structured TOCs.
• Ensure compliance with legal marketing standards.

Content SEO

• Collaborate with the content team to ensure blogs are optimized for both users and search engines.
• Research long-tail keywords, trending legal queries, and user intent for cornerstone and supportive blogs.
• Maintain consistent internal linking structures.

Off-Page SEO

• Execute high-quality backlink strategies while avoiding toxic links.
• Manage guest posting, legal directories, and local citations.
• Monitor domain authority, backlink health, and toxicity using SEMrush/Ahrefs.

Technical SEO

• Work with the developer to fix crawl errors, site speed issues, mobile responsiveness, and indexing problems.
• Monitor and optimize Core Web Vitals for all websites.
• Implement advanced site structures for new domains.

Local SEO

• Manage and optimize GMB profiles.
• Implement LSA (Local Service Ads) optimizations.

Qualifications

Experience

• 1–3 years in SEO (agency or in-house).

Skills

• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and local SEO.
• Familiarity with legal SEO or service-based SEO preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
• Ability to handle high-volume content SEO (20+ blogs/day).
• Strong keyword research and competitive analysis skills.
• Understanding of schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and technical audits.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Compensation

$2500 monthly
