You will partner with business stakeholders to ensure high-quality employee data and compliance across the bank's Workday tenant. The role requires deep knowledge of Workday HCM modules, strong analytical thinking, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset in a globally distributed environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as SME in Workday HCM with cross-functional perspective.
• Experience coordinating HR technology initiatives and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience; Pro certification is a plus.

• Act as SME in Workday HCM across modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Security).
• Own technical stability, configuration and development of the Workday tenant.
• Develop and improve Workday system in line with business and regulatory needs.
