Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Zürich seeks a Senior VP Originator/Relationship Manager to grow the Germany International Wealth Management franchise. You will cultivate a network of HNW/UHNW clients, provide bespoke wealth solutions, and coordinate with multiple product teams to deliver comprehensive advisory services.

Qualifications

• Substantial wealth management and private banking experience.
• Senior-level origination capabilities and network access.
• Strong sales and performance orientation with results focus.
• Deep understanding of international cross-border client needs.
• Knowledge of the German wealth management market and Swiss regulatory context.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with structured working methods.
• Strong risk awareness and compliance with KYC/AML standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with senior relationships.

Responsibilities

• Originate and acquire new HNW/UHNW client relationships for the Germany International franchise.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships, focusing on satisfaction and profitability.
• Deliver revenues and net new assets in line with targets across the client base.
• Provide bespoke investment, lending, wealth and succession planning advice.
• Coordinate with Investment Managers and product experts to deliver integrated solutions.
• Connect clients to capabilities across Wealth Management and other divisions.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel across the Germany International market as needed.
