Zusammenfassung

Flux Mobility AG is seeking an experienced Vehicle Systems & Quality Engineer to own product and process quality across our electric light commercial vehicles. You will define quality requirements, qualify suppliers, and drive systematic issue resolution across mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive quality engineering, knowledge of APQP/PPAP/FMEA, and familiarity with IATF 16949 or ISO 9001.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, production engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of quality engineering experience in automotive or regulated industries.
• Solid knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, 8D and root cause analysis.
• Supplier quality experience: qualification, audits and day-to-day escalation.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems; reading drawings, specs and test reports.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 and conformity of production.
• Fluent German and good English; strong cross-disciplinary collaboration ability.

Aufgaben

• Take technical ownership of product and process quality across assemblies and parts.
• Define quality requirements, inspection characteristics and acceptance criteria with engineering.
• Qualify suppliers, conduct initial sample inspections, and perform supplier audits.
• Set up control plans, FMEAs, work instructions and end-of-line checks.
