Flux Mobility AG is seeking an experienced Vehicle Systems & Quality Engineer to own product and process quality across our electric light commercial vehicles. You will define quality requirements, qualify suppliers, and drive systematic issue resolution across mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces.
The role requires 5+ years in automotive quality engineering, knowledge of APQP/PPAP/FMEA, and familiarity with IATF 16949 or ISO 9001.
Our Team.
A strong team is the DNA of our company.
Our team brings together experts in Mechanical Engineering, Software, E/E, Manufacturing, Homologation, Testing, Purchasing, Business Development, and Sales & Marketing. At Flux, we work as equals and foster a highly motivating environment shaped by shared ownership, flat hierarchies, and a strong team spirit. Here, you will not only develop your skills, but also make a real impact. Join our team and help shape the mobility of tomorrow.
We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Systems & Quality Engineer to take technical ownership of product and process quality across our electric light commercial vehicles, from the parts our suppliers deliver, through our own assembly, to the vehicles in the field.
In this role, you make sure that what we design is what we build. You define the quality requirements for our parts and assemblies, qualify suppliers and their parts, set up the inspection and control plans for our assembly, and drive the systematic resolution of the issues that come out of them.
You also keep the system view. Our vehicles integrate mechanical, electrical and software systems on a base vehicle, so quality issues rarely sit inside a single discipline. You analyse them across subsystem boundaries, work with the responsible engineers on root cause, and make sure the fix lands in the design, in the documentation and in the process.
At Flux, you will work in a small team with short decision-making paths. This role is not administrative; it is technical. You will help build up our quality function and bring our vehicles to a robust series production standard.
At Flux, we develop electric commercial vehicles in small, highly responsible teams. Our vehicles are already operating in the real world, on construction sites, in cities and in the daily operations of our customers.
That means decisions are made close to the product. Engineers take responsibility for their systems throughout the entire development cycle, from concept and testing through to issues seen in the field.
If you enjoy making complex products robust and repeatable, taking ownership and working in an environment where execution matters more than hierarchy, this role is a good fit for you.
