Zusammenfassung

Flux Mobility AG in Winterthur is seeking an experienced Thermal Systems & Mechanical Engineer to take technical ownership of the thermal management of our electric light commercial vehicles and the accompanying mechanical design.

You will own the vehicle's thermal architecture, size and design cooling/heating systems, and work with mechanical, electrical and software teams from concept through verification in the vehicle.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in mechanical or automotive engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of industry experience in thermal systems or thermal management.
• Experience with battery cooling, HVAC/climate, refrigerant circuits, or heat pump systems.

Aufgaben

• Take technical ownership of the vehicle's thermal architecture and related circuits.
• Size and design cooling and heating systems, pumps, valves, radiators, heat exchangers.
• Carry out thermal sizing and simulation and correlate with test data.
• Design and integrate thermal hardware into the vehicle with the design team.
• Define thermal requirements and operating strategy with the software team.
• Plan and lead thermal verification and on-vehicle testing across climates.
• Collaborate with suppliers on selection, specification, validation.
• Support field issues with root-cause analysis.
