• Own the thermal architecture of the vehicle including battery cooling/heating, e-motor and power electronics cooling, cabin climate, and coolant circuits.
• Size, design and integrate mechanical hardware (pumps, valves, heat exchangers, lines, mounts) and ensure system integration across operating ranges.
• Define thermal requirements and operating strategy with software; support development from concept to verification in vehicle and field.
• Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and software teams in a small-team environment with fast decision-making.
