Job Description

We are hiring a passionate Senior UX / UI Designer in Switzerland, either Lausanne or Zurich office to join our core product design team. As a UX / UI Designer, you will work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and take ownership of the entire UX design lifecycle. You can work on our products and use modern tools.

• Work hands-on in a cross-functional team on one or several of our products
• Gather relevant insights using research, testing and analytics
• Contribute to the vision of our products with ideas, sketches, prototypes, demos and research insights
• Design, develop, apply, deliver and test designs and interaction patterns that delight users
• Support the development of our design system

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude with an open mindset— you'll be involved in the full UX life cycle
• Higher education in design, HCI or connected field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the design of complex systems with focus on business-related portals
• Experience in the financial sector is key
• Skills in developing & maintaining a dynamic design system
• Experience in user research and user testing
• Experience in the B2B sector is beneficial
• A proven appetite to suggest and learn new methods and tools
• Ability to interface with business and technology
• Ability to complete projects self-driven and in pair design
• A preference for experiments and demos over lengthy discussions
