RhyForce AG seeks an experienced USP Biotechnologist Manager to support manufacturing operations in Visp. Start date: as soon as possible. You will lead upstream production campaigns, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong biotechnology expertise, hands-on mammalian cell culture and upstream processing, and expert knowledge of GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Onsite availability and excellent leadership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Broad biotechnology expertise and/or strong knowledge of biotechnological engineering.
• Strong practical background in mammalian cell culture and upstream processing.
• Very good knowledge of GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience supporting production campaigns, investigations and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
• Availability to work onsite.

Aufgaben

• Support the execution of upstream production campaigns and contribute to safety, quality and delivery targets.
• Act as a key contact for production-related issues and support investigations, escalations and resolution activities.
• Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving in collaboration with Manufacturing, MSAT and other functions.
• Support the technical readiness and availability of manufacturing suites and equipment.
• Review and support the implementation of technical change requests.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation projects.
• Promote process standardisation and manufacturing best practices.
• Participate in risk assessments, workplace inspections and compliance activities.
