CTC Resourcing Solutions is assisting a global market leader in active pharmaceutical ingredients with the recruitment of a USP Biotechnologist Manager for a contract position through end of March 2027 (with extension) in the Valais region of Switzerland.

The role involves supporting Production Leaders and cross-functional teams, driving employee development, on-boarding, and coaching to improve team effectiveness, safety, quality and delivery performance.

Qualifikationen

• Residency permit or Swiss/EU citizenship required.
• Broad biotechnology expertise and/or knowledge of biotechnical engineering.
• Strong GMP knowledge.
• Understanding of business and financial processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in mammalian cell culture.
• Structured, organized, and proactive.

Aufgaben

• Support the execution of production campaigns while ensuring safety, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Serve as a key contact for production-related issues; support investigations and escalation with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain technical readiness of manufacturing suites and equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Review and implement technical change requests aligned with operational needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance processes and plant performance.
• Promote best practices and harmonized manufacturing approaches across the plant.
• Participate in risk assessments and compliance activities; support corrective actions.
