• Broad biotechnology expertise and/or knowledge of biotechnical engineering

Aufgaben

• Support the execution of production campaigns within the manufacturing unit, contributing to safety, quality, and delivery objectives while assisting management and operational teams in day-to-day activities
• Act as a key point of contact for production-related issues, supporting investigations, escalation processes, and resolution efforts in collaboration with Manufacturing, MSAT, and other cross-functional teams. Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities
• Assist in maintaining the technical readiness and availability of manufacturing suites and equipment by supporting compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the review and implementation of technical change requests within the manufacturing unit, ensuring alignment with operational needs and established procedures
• Support innovation and continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing manufacturing processes, operational efficiency, and overall plant performance
• Promote technical excellence and process standardization by supporting the implementation of best practices and harmonized manufacturing approaches across the production plant
• Participate in risk assessments, workplace inspections, and compliance activities, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
