Qualifikationen

• Seasoned professional in Construction and Engineering or Energy treaty underwriting.
• Fluent in English and German; additional European language an advantage.
• Strong technical underwriting experience and robust risk assessment capabilities.
• Excellent analytic and risk assessment skills; ability to make sound judgments.

Aufgaben

• Support the underwriting of construction and engineering treaties through independent analysis and comprehensive risk assessment of client submissions.
• Develop quotations, pricing, and underwriting approval documents; ensure prompt processing of slips and policy wordings.
• Grow and maintain a profitable in-force book by identifying opportunities and managing renewals.
• Collaborate with team members, actuarial functions, clients, and market partners to ensure effective underwriting processes.
• Conduct risk analysis considering exposures, lines of business, and geographic factors within risk frameworks.
• Contribute to development of exposure management and reporting tools; support risk monitoring improvements.
• Utilize actuarial tools and collaborate with regional/global teams to price risks.
• Produce comprehensive data reports to support strategic decisions.
• Analyze internal reports, loss runs, and financial data to evaluate risk profiles.
