Qualifikationen

  • Fluency in English; any other language is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Day to day independent administration of international mandates (principally trusts, companies and fiduciary structures) holding bankable and fixed assets with cross-border elements in terms of assets and beneficiaries. Working within a team and alongside a Trust Manager who holds overall client and mandate responsibility.

  • Management, supervision and coordination of daily administration of trusts and companies including taking full mandate responsibility
  • Maintaining and developing personal contact with clients, advisors and other related parties
  • Taking fiduciary decisions on the mandates assigned within Company guidelines and policies
  • Co-ordination of mandate specific transactions with bankers, lawyers, accountants, agents or consultants
  • Administrative overview and control of mandates assigned including financial, accounting, invoicing and database maintenance
  • Technical support of more junior team members

REQUIREMENTS

  • Distinctly reliable and precise, conscientious and professional
  • Client handling skills with excellent demeanour
  • Capable of problem-solving and acting independently
  • Able to establish priorities and with strong organisational skill
  • Flexible in the work organisation
  • Capable of multitasking/working under pressure with high quality standards
  • Commercial training/experience, ideally in the banking, fiduciary or legal area
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the administration of trust and corporate structures
  • Full STEP qualifications and membership
  • Fluency in English; any other language a plus
  • Fully computer literate (MS Office)
  • Professional, diplomatic, helpful, co-operative team player
  • Absolute discretion and loyalty as well as high ethical standards
