Zusammenfassung

Computer Futures is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Transformation Lead to drive the initial transformation phase of the ISDS organisation. You will structure the programme, analyze the current state, define the future operating model, and prepare key strategic decisions for executive stakeholders.

This role focuses on transformation leadership and programme management rather than CISO, compliance, or implementation work, requiring strong stakeholder management and German language capability

Qualifikationen

Senior-level Project or Programme Manager.
8–10 years of experience leading projects and programmes.
Strong background in organisational redesign and governance transformation.
Experience with ISO 27001 and ISMS.

Aufgaben

Lead and manage a complex organisational transformation programme.
Analyse the existing ISDS operating model, governance structure, processes, and tools.
Define the future-state organisational and governance model.
Develop decision papers and recommendations for executive management.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
Manage programme planning, risks, dependencies, and communication.
Ensure alignment between governance, organisation, processes, and tooling.
Maintain business continuity throughout the transformation.
Prepare a structured handover to future internal project leadership.
Develop proposals for future roles, committees, processes, and operating models.
