Zusammenfassung

Swisslinx AG is seeking a Senior Test Engineer - Automated Testing to develop, execute and document automated product verification tests, enhancing efficiency, scalability and compliance with product requirements and quality standards.

You will lead a small team of Test Engineers, shape verification campaigns, and collaborate across Product Engineering, Software Development and Hardware Development to ensure timely delivery and robust test coverage. Proficiency in German and English is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences or a related technical discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in requirements-based product testing, verification, validation or quality engineering.
• Strong experience with modern software development and verification processes.
• At least five years of hands-on experience with Python and Robot Framework.
• Strong experience developing and executing automated HIL test sequences.
• Experience conducting automated verification campaigns and analysing results.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with structured data analysis.
• Knowledge of REST and embedded communication protocols, such as I2C, Modbus or BACnet.
• At least five years of experience with Git, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office and Windows.
• Three to five years of experience coordinating a small team or working in project management.
• Very good German and English communication skills.

• At least five years of hands‑on experience with Python and Robot Framework
• Strong experience developing and executing automated HIL test sequences
• Experience conducting automated verification campaigns and analysing results
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Experience with structured data analysis
