The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software testing, experience with Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, and RESTful APIs, plus SQL verification, and familiarity with Jira/Xray and CI/CD tools.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, including manual and automated testing.
• Experience testing backend systems and APIs.
• In-depth experience with Postman, SoapUI, JMeter.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, including test design, automation, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience using SQL for data verification and test setup.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with Jira and Xray for test management.
• Excellent command of Italian and English (spoken and written).
• ISTQB Certification or similar is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum teams.

Aufgaben

• Execute and coordinate testing activities across the software development lifecycle, ensuring product quality and reliability.
• Design, develop, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform manual testing of backend services, APIs, and applications, identifying, documenting, and tracking defects.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated tests where appropriate to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Analyze test results, investigate issues, and support troubleshooting activities with development teams.
• Ensure testing activities are integrated into the software delivery process and support continuous improvement initiatives.
