Fincons Group is seeking talented and experienced Senior Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in .NET/C# and Microservices to join our Lugano team and contribute to exciting international projects in the Banking/Financial Services sector.

You will deeply understand business requirements, implement high-quality software with TDD/DDD/Clean Code, collaborate with architects, and drive CI/CD, ensuring scalable, reliable solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or engineering.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
• In-depth knowledge of Microservices Architecture and practical implementation.
• Solid understanding of TDD, Clean Code, and SOLID principles.
• Experience with DBMS like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL or DB2 and strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency with code quality tools such as SonarQube.
• Experience with log monitoring tools: Kibana, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus.
• Awareness of Secure Development Best Practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
