You'll collaborate across scientists and analytical experts, develop sample prep methods for allergens, micronutrients and phytochemicals, operate advanced instruments, ensure timely, compliant results, and mentor apprentices and students while

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in analytical chemistry or related field.
• Experience with allergen analysis and handling allergenic materials.
• Knowledge of spectroscopic techniques (IR, Raman, XRF) and trace analysis.
• Good laboratory practices, quality and safety standards.

• Deliver analytical data to support research, product quality and operations decisions.
• Develop and apply sample preparation methods for allergens, micronutrients and phytochemicals analyses.
• Operate and maintain advanced analytical equipment to ensure timely, high-quality results.
• Evaluate analytical outcomes and translate to actionable insights for project teams.
• Provide technical assistance including allergen-related support to markets and projects.
• Support projects with sample prep for trace analyses and analytical interpretation.
• Share expertise and mentor colleagues, apprentices and students.
