Nestlé Research in Lausanne is seeking a Specialist Macronutrient Physiology to join the Metabolic Health team within the Nestlé Institute of Health Sciences (NIHS). You will provide scientific expertise in nutrition physiology to help develop nutrition-based health solutions and translate mechanistic insight into dietary recommendations and intervention concepts.
You will collaborate with cross-functional scientists and technical teams across Nestlé Research and other R&D centers to turn ideas
Qualifikationen
- PhD required with focus on macro- and micronutrient metabolism and diet.
- Experience using clinical trial and nutrition-intervention data to support mechanistic conclusions.
- Ability to apply systems biology thinking to connect diet, metabolism and health outcomes.
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute cross-business research on macro- and micronutrient metabolism.
- Analyze clinical and pre-clinical data to generate hypotheses and mechanistic insight.
- Strengthen evidence for macro- and micronutrient quality across populations and life stages.
- Design innovative nutrient-based intervention concepts and research approaches.
- Translate scientific outputs into actionable recommendations and IP support.
- Publish and present findings to build credibility and accelerate impact.
