Job summary

Enclustra is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end development of FPGA-based modules and baseboards in Zurich. You will coordinate hardware, software, operations, manufacturing, and quality teams, guiding projects from approved specifications to validated product releases.

• Drive stakeholder alignment, manage risks and escalations, resolve technical and organizational challenges.
• Ensure successful product validation, release readiness, and documentation.

Senior Technical Project Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development projects for Enclustra modules and baseboards, from approved specification to validated product release.
• Plan and manage project scope, resources, budget, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware, software, operations, manufacturing, and quality) to ensure successful execution.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, proactively manage risks and escalations, and facilitate resolution of technical and organizational challenges.
• Ensure successful product validation, release readiness, and completion of all required technical and manufacturing documentation. .

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex product development projects in electronics, embedded systems, or FPGA-based products.
• Proven track record of delivering hardware and software products from concept through validation and production release.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities in a multidisciplinary and international environment.
