Job summary

Enclustra is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end development of FPGA-based modules and baseboards in Zurich. You will coordinate hardware, software, operations, manufacturing, and quality teams, guiding projects from approved specifications to validated product releases.

• 8+ years managing complex electronics/FPGA product development projects.
• Proven track record delivering hardware and software from concept to production.
• Excellent communication and leadership in international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development projects from spec to release.
• Plan and manage scope, resources, budget, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware, software, operations, manufacturing, and quality).
• Drive stakeholder alignment, manage risks and escalations, resolve technical and organizational challenges.
• Ensure successful product validation, release readiness, and documentation.
