Zusammenfassung

Enclustra is seeking a senior technology leader to guide multi-disciplinary hardware and embedded software initiatives in Zurich. You will work directly with customers and internal teams to define and architect advanced embedded hardware solutions, pushing concepts to tested prototypes and scalable products.

You will lead with vision, influence across disciplines, and mentor a small engineering team while staying abreast of market trends and industry developments.

Qualifikationen

• Senior technical leadership experience with electronics engineering.
• 10+ years’ experience with embedded electronics technologies (SoC/CPU/FPGA, Linux, RF, PCIe).
• Proven leadership and excellent communication.
• Fluency in English.
• High passion for technology and development.

Aufgaben

• Provide senior technical leadership across Hardware, Software, RF and Firmware.
• Collaborate with customers and leads to identify new capabilities for Enclustra products.
• Monitor market trends through tradeshows, webinars and industry events.
• Lead design and system architecture of advanced embedded hardware solutions.
• Drive immature technologies from concept to prototype or pre-production.
• Contribute to long-term improvement of Enclustra embedded electronics capabilities.
• Support marketing efforts by sharing technology developments (webinars, interviews).
• Develop and mentor a small team of engineers.

In parallel, we provide leading engineering services in FPGA system design, and in development of high-speed hardware, FPGA firmware and embedded software.

To strengthen our dynamic team in Zurich, we are looking for a new:

Key Responsibilities:

• High-level technical authority for Innovation department across multi-disciplines (Hardware, Software, Radio Frequency, Firmware)
• Work directly with customers and leads to identify new capabilities for Enclustra product offerings
• Keep up to date with market leading technologies and trends, through attendance at international tradeshows, webinars, and more
• Lead conceptual design and system architecture of advanced embedded hardware solutions
• Drive immature/early technology readiness level solutions from initial concept to tested prototype or pre-production prototypes
• Contribute to medium + long term improvement of Enclustra embedded electronics capabilities
• Actively participate in marketing level efforts to share technology developments (webinars, staged interviews, internal presentations)
• Must help to develop the capabilities of a small team of engineers

Requirements:

• Senior technical leadership experience with electronics engineering
• +10 years’ experience with embedded electronics technologies (SoC/CPU/MPU/AISoC/FPGA, Linux, Signal Integrity, Clocking, RF, PCIe, high speed interfaces, LPDDR5, Vivado/Quartus)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluency in English
• High passion for technology + technology development
