Zusammenfassung

Finastra in Switzerland seeks an experienced Technical Payment Consultant to join our team. You will implement and configure Finastra software for clients, manage multiple technical requests, and define client environment configurations.

The role requires strong Linux, scripting, DB/SQL knowledge, and fluency in German and English. You’ll work with clients, suppliers, and engineering teams to deliver reliable payment solutions in a hybrid on-site/remote setup.

We are seeking an experienced Technical PaymentConsultant to join our team in Switzerland. This client-facing role involves working with both existing and new clients, requiring strong technicalexpertise, payment systems knowledge, and excellent problem-solving skills. You will play a key role in implementing solutions, managing technical configurations, and ensuring smooth operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure FINASTRA software solutions for clients.

• Manage multiple technical paymentserviceand support requestsin a timely manner.

• Define and implement client application configurations to provision environments.

• Lead technical investigations of reported issues and provide resolutions or detailed analysis.

• Collaborate with stakeholders (clients, suppliers, engineers, application managers) in German and English.

• Enforce corporate standards to minimize operational risks and report progress regularly.
