Zusammenfassung

Finastra in Switzerland seeks an experienced Technical Payment Consultant to join our team. You will implement and configure Finastra software for clients, manage multiple technical requests, and define client environment configurations.

The role requires strong Linux, scripting, DB/SQL knowledge, and fluency in German and English. You’ll work with clients, suppliers, and engineering teams to deliver reliable payment solutions in a hybrid on-site/remote setup.

Qualifikationen

• Strong problem-solving and technical background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Linux and scripting.
• Knowledge of client-server architectures and web applications.
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Experience with (S)FTP, (WebSphere) MQ integration and REST API.
• Understanding of system and network setup and technical architectures.
• Experience with payment and AML screening flows, SWIFT, ISO 20022.

Aufgaben

• Implement and configure Finastra software solutions for clients.
• Manage multiple technical payment service and support requests.
• Define and implement client application configurations to provision environments.
• Lead investigations of issues and provide resolutions or analysis.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, engineers, and application managers in German and English.
• Enforce standards to minimize operational risks and report progress.
• Document and hand over implementations to the support team post go-live.
• Record and resolve internal defects with development teams.
