  • Support preparation for external Swiss or US tax authorities and internal audits, following up on findings and recommendations
  • Assist external clients with tax-related queries via meetings or calls

Requirements:

  • Highly organized, experienced in administrative processes, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, and internet research
  • Fluent in English; French and other languages are advantageous

Due to immigration restrictions, applications from Swiss or EU citizens or those holding a valid Swiss work permit will be considered.

Even if you do not meet all qualifications, we encourage you to apply if you believe this role suits you.
