coni + partner ag, headquartered in Zurich, is seeking a Senior Tax Compliance Specialist (m/f/d) in Zurich for cross-functional tax advisory across Europe, the U.S., and Asia. You will support FATCA/CRS, fund structures, and regulatory filings, ensuring accurate tax reporting for investment vehicles.

Ideal candidates hold a Law degree or Business Law qualification with tax experience in the fund industry and strong English communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Law or Business Law is required or equivalent
• Further education in tax is a plus.
• Legal experience in fund industry focusing on corporate tax at top-tier firm or Big Four

Aufgaben

• Cross-functional tax compliance advisory for entities in Europe, the U.S., and Asia for investment teams and Finance.
• Serve as expert in corporate tax, FATCA, and AEOI tax compliance for funds and investment vehicles.
• Review self-certificates at entity and investor levels for completeness and accuracy.
• Support regulatory filings and day-to-day oversight of legal matters.
• Monitor changes in international tax rules and their impact on private markets.
