Job summary

coni + partner ag, headquartered in Zurich, seeks an Senior Tax Accountant Bank (IFRS/OECD) to support tax processes for private equity and property funds. You’ll prepare tax returns, assist with planning, and coordinate with advisers to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires knowledge of IFRS, IAS 12, OECD minimum tax, Pillar 2 and withholding tax, plus strong analytical and deadline-driven skills. English and German proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Taxation.
• CPA certification an advantage.
• Experience with Big Four, international tax firm, or bank in tax accounting.
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and IAS 12, plus tax accounting.
• Familiarity with OECD minimum tax, Pillar 2, and withholding tax requirements.
• Strong analytical, structured and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and take responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Handle tax processes relating to private equity and property funds, including OECD minimum tax and tax regulation compliance.
• Prepare tax returns, forecasts and analyses for senior management and finance.
• Assist with tax planning, current and deferred taxes, and IFRS tax disclosures.
• Coordinate with external tax advisers and service providers.
• Coordinate income tax and OECD minimum tax returns, payments and deadlines across the Group.
• Assist in implementing new tax regulations in systems and document processes.
• Act as point of contact for business teams, auditors and tax authorities.
• Participate in national and international tax projects.
