EY (Ernst & Young AG) in Zurich is seeking a Manager for Tax Accounting & Reporting (IFRS/US GAAP). You will lead direct tax accounting and reporting projects for international clients, with early responsibility and opportunities to shape complex BEPS2.0 initiatives.

The role offers a clear career path within a global team and flexible work options. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in tax accounting or tax audit in a Big4 or professional services firm, strong Excel skills, and fluency in German

Qualifications

At least 4 years in tax accounting and/or tax audit in an international environment.
Strong knowledge of general and tax accounting and reporting concepts.
US GAAP and/or IFRS tax accounting expertise.

Responsabilités

Act as central contact with national and international clients on direct tax accounting issues.
Participate in tax audits of International Groups and entities in Switzerland.
Contribute to BEPS2.0 projects.
Lead clients on established accounts, drive process improvements for EY and clients.
Manage account resourcing, budget and delivery.
Develop and coach the team within global EY structures.
