Agoda is seeking a Senior Consultant, People Development & Performance to join our team in Bangkok. You will work with HRBPs and leaders to analyze talent needs, support effective people decisions, and align talent priorities with business goals at enterprise scale.

You'll contribute to performance management, succession planning, career development, and organizational design, collaborating with Learning & Development to translate broad requirements into practical processes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in strategic or management consulting and/or relevant experience in talent management, organizational performance, or people operations within a multinational organization.
• Strong project management with the ability to plan, prioritize, track progress, and deliver results on time.
• Acute business acumen and understanding of how organizational structures and dynamics relate to execution.
• Experience facilitating discussions and presenting insights to business stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze business challenges with a data-driven approach and communicate actionable recommendations to business leaders.
