Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Senior Manager for Travel Distribution based in Bangkok. You will lead cross‑functional strategy initiatives, partner with Tech, Marketing, Supply, Legal and Finance, and present to senior stakeholders to drive step changes in our third‑party accommodation supply business.

You bring 7+ years of experience in strategy or program leadership, strong analytical skills, and superb stakeholder management.

Qualifications

7+ years of cross-functional strategy or program leadership.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with data handling experience.
Critical and strategic thinking with problem-solving abilities.
Fluent English and strong stakeholder management.
Proven ability to drive initiatives end-to-end with buy-in.

Responsibilities

Ideate and drive end-to-end initiatives to grow Travel Distribution.
Build business cases from account management inputs and partner requirements.
Lead revenue optimization through distribution and pricing experiments.
Provide tools, documentation and efficient processes to account management.
Roll out new API connectivity features to partners and optimize commercial terms.
Manage credit risk and maintain SLAs with major stakeholders.
Coordinate with Product, Tech, Finance and Legal across departments.
