Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Senior Consultant, People Development & Performance to join our team in Bangkok. You will support talent development, performance management, and organizational capability across individuals, teams, and the enterprise.

You’ll work with HRBPs and business leaders to analyze talent needs and connect priorities with business goals. You will contribute to performance management, succession planning, career development, and organizational design, collaborating with Learning &

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in strategic or management consulting and/or relevant talent management experience.
Undergraduate degree from a top university; advanced degrees welcome.
Strong project management with ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver results on time.
Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
Experience facilitating discussions and presenting insights to leaders.
Data-driven approach with ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

Partner with HRBPs and leaders to understand business needs and talent priorities.
Coordinate performance management activities and monitor progress.
Analyze talent data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare analysis on talent priorities and development needs for key roles.
Support design and delivery of talent practices and tools.
Facilitate talent and performance discussions with stakeholders.
Develop practical guidance and workflows to simplify talent processes.
