Helvetica Partners is seeking an experienced Application Engineer to manage, integrate and continuously improve mission-critical business applications within a global IT environment.

You will collaborate with business users, IT teams and external partners to ensure stability, performance and seamless deployment of changes across complex systems, including healthcare IT platforms such as PIS, RIS, LIS or PACS.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in Application Engineering, Application Management or Healthcare IT.
• Strong technical understanding of applications, infrastructure, networks and IT security.
• Experience with healthcare information systems such as PIS, RIS, LIS or PACS.

Aufgaben

• Manage, integrate and improve business-critical applications.
• Coordinate resolution of Level 3 incidents and implement sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams and external partners to ensure stability and performance.
• Participate in digital transformation and AI-related initiatives.
