Senior System Engineer -SAP (DE+ENG)

Location: Wil - hybrid

Workload: 80-100%

What you'll do:

• Take ownership or co-lead innovative projects centered on SAP technologies.
• Plan and manage system upgrades and release cycles, ensuring smooth rollouts and minimal disruptions.
• Drive the support, enhancement, and modernization of our SAP landscape, including S/4HANA, HCM, CRM, BW, and emerging platforms like SAP BTP, CPI, IAS/IPS.
• Offer expert consulting services in SAP Technology across global organization
• Collaborate with international teams, to deliver high-impact solutions.

What you bring:

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem - including ERP, S/4HANA, BI, Fiori, CRM, and cloud-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience with interface development using SAP CPI.
• A proactive, structured, and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills in English and German, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
