Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or above in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in multinational companies.
• Minimum 3 years supplier quality management experience.
• At least 3 years in mechanical field.
• Good written English; spoken preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and data analysis.
• Solid quality management knowledge, especially 8D.
• Strong communication, coordination and cooperation skills.
• Convincing and influencing abilities.
• Ability to make decisions with urgency.
• Resilience and self-motivation.
• Process-oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Lead supplier quality management system audits and onboarding from sampling to ramp-up.
• Apply knowledge of PCB/PCBA and electric/electronic components in manufacturing.
• Manage supplier non-conformity cases to minimize disruption to manufacturing and customers.
• Drive root cause analysis using 8D approach for systematic improvements.
• Develop supplier quality KPIs and analyze indicators to improve actions.
• Plan and execute supplier development projects with category managers to build a world-class supplier base.
• Collaborate with category managers on supplier relationships to promote partnerships with Bühler.
• Be familiar with supplier OEM processes and materials properties (mechanical, electrical).
