Your primary focus will be, driving the efforts of the structuring team on managing all flow activities of the desk. You will be responsible for pricing and execution for structured products deals. Qualifications:

• Experience: Ideally 5+ years of experience in a structured product's environment, preferably in a structuring desk
• Education: A master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Mindset: Enthusiastic, eager to learn, highly motivated, with a strong interest in financial derivatives, complex products and able to think clearly under pressure.
• Personality: A proactive team player who is adaptable and ready to take on new challenges

Working Conditions:

• Office environment with occasional travel to industry events and company locations as needed.
• Possibility of one home office day per week to be re-evaluated continuously due to the dynamic nature of the role

Location:

Zurich, with the possibility to work off-site from time to time. On-site presence is desirable due to the nature of the role.
