Senior Strategic Campaign Lead

165804

As our Senior Strategic Campaign Lead, you will turn brand strategies and compelling value propositions into integrated global campaigns that drive commercial impact across markets. Taking the strategic lead for major product launches, you will shape campaign concepts and activation frameworks, guide creative development and bring global and regional stakeholders together around a clear campaign vision.

In return for your strategic mindset, creativity and ability to lead complex initiatives, you will have the opportunity to shape high-visibility global campaigns from early concept through launch and optimization – combining strategic thinking with creative execution and measurable business impact.

More about the role

  • Lead global campaigns end-to-end, translating brand strategies and value propositions into integrated campaign and activation strategies for major product launches and global brand initiatives.
  • Own the strategic campaign direction, developing campaign architectures, messaging hierarchies, activation frameworks and scalable launch playbooks across the customer and consumer journey.
  • Drive creative campaign development, guiding key visuals, videos and other core assets together with internal teams, agencies and specialist partners.
  • Act as the strategic campaign lead across cross-functional launch teams, aligning Brand Management, Commercial Marketing, Campaign Operations and Regional Marketing from concept through market activation.
  • Drive campaign readiness and prioritization, ensuring teams focus on the decisions, assets and deliverables that create the greatest commercial impact.
  • Enable successful global activation, balancing global consistency with the flexibility required for meaningful local market adaptation.
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance, partnering with Commercial Marketing to define success metrics, assess regional adoption and translate learnings into stronger future campaigns.

More about you

  • 6+ years of relevant marketing and campaign experience, with a strong track record in developing and leading integrated campaigns and global product launches.
  • Proven experience across both B2B and B2C marketing, with the ability to translate customer and consumer needs into compelling messaging, story telling and activation strategies.
  • Strong strategic and project leadership skills, with the ability to lead complex campaign processes, establish structure and keep multiple workstreams moving toward a common goal.
  • A creative mindset and strong visual and aesthetic judgment, combined with the commercial thinking required to turn creative ideas into impactful campaigns.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams in an international matrix organization.
  • Highly independent, organized and proactive, with the ability to prioritize, make decisions and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills and a relevant university degree; agency experience and/or experience within the hearing industry would be an advantage.
