Worldline is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for Payments in Switzerland. You will join the HA Frontoffice Platform team, supporting the reliable operation of 70+ applications in a microservices setup, with dual infrastructures, including OpenShift/Kubernetes and on-call rotations.

The role demands 5+ years in SRE/DevOps, strong Linux and container tech, automation with Ansible/Terraform, and CI/CD with GitLab CI. English fluency required; Swiss remote work offered.

Formación

• At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in an SRE/DevOps role, supporting production systems.
• Strong knowledge of RHEL/Linux, microservices and containerisation (Docker); cloud/orchestrator platforms.
• Experience with infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform) and deployment with Helm; CI/CD with GitLab CI.
• Experience managing highly available production environments, incident response, monitoring and optimization.
• Experience with observability tools (OpenSearch, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Awareness of security best practices; PCI-DSS knowledge is a plus.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with technical teams; fluent in English; French/German an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure reliable operation of the HA Platform and 70+ apps in a microservices setup.
• Manage dual infrastructures, GitLab CI deployments, and cloud-native stack (OpenShift/Kubernetes).
• Contribute to architectural decisions and drive automation for consistency and compliance.
• Support cloud migration of European infra to Worldline private cloud.
• Advocate for improvements with operations, dev, and infra partners.
• Participate in remunerated on-call duties for 3rd level support year-round.
