Job summary

SpotMe is seeking a senior Reliability Engineer to own uptime, performance, and resilience for its 24/7 SaaS platform. You will lead infrastructure development using Terraform and cloud-native AWS services, and enhance automation with CI/CD pipelines and IaC tooling.

The role emphasizes observability, incident response, and AI-assisted development to advance reliability across peak events. Based in Vaud, Switzerland, on-site collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Senior reliability engineer with 5+ years in 24/7 SaaS environments.
• Hands-on with AWS and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficient in Terraform, Jenkins, Docker; scripting in Python.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability for a large SaaS platform and drive uptime, performance, and resilience improvements.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code during rapid growth.
• Strengthen observability with Datadog, Pingdom, Elastic and implement AI-assisted tooling where beneficial.
