Rivia in Zurich, Switzerland seeks a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to own our AWS platform end-to-end (EKS, RDS, MemoryDB, S3, DynamoDB, IAM). You will partner with the CTO as the first dedicated infra hire, driving cost optimization, reliability, and AI-powered automation across the stack.

You will automate root causes, define scalable CI/CD pipelines, manage identity and secrets (Keycloak, SSO, OIDC), and contribute to ISO 27001 audits. A self-driven producer of robust infra is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years hands-on infrastructure/DevOps
• Strong AWS expertise, cost optimization
• Production Kubernetes operations
• Own end-to-end CI/CD pipelines
• AI-native operations using agents for infra work
• Experience with security reviews and ISO 27001 audits

• Own AWS platform end-to-end across staging and production (EKS, RDS, MemoryDB/Redis, S3, DynamoDB, IAM)
• Understand and reduce infra costs as volume grows
• Own CI/CD and developer productivity
• Keep Kubernetes workloads stable and scalable
• Run identity and secrets management (Keycloak, SSO, OIDC)
• Build AI-agent workflows for infra tasks and audits
• Support external penetration tests and client audits
• Document core systems and runbooks
