On is seeking an Analytics & Reporting Senior Specialist to turn complex data into clear insights. You will design and maintain dashboards, partner with leadership and operations, and translate questions into actionable analyses across Berlin, Zurich and Portland.

The role requires 5+ years in analytics, strong SQL, BI tooling experience, and the ability to communicate data-driven stories to diverse audiences. Collaboration with Data Engineering and BI teams is essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• Business fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own dashboards and reporting across regions, channels, and processes.
• Ensure metrics are accurate and presented at the right granularity for stakeholders.
• Translate business questions into meaningful analyses and KPIs.
• Explain why results happened and what actions to take.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering/BI teams to clear data requirements.
• Investigate data quality issues and propose data/process improvements.
• Push for scalable, proactive analytics and automation.
