Step into a unique opportunity to join the culinary team at Hotel Rotary Geneva – MGallery Collection, a refined and artfully designed hotel in the heart of Geneva, part of Accor’s luxury boutique collection.

We are seeking a Senior Sous Chef for a temporary summer position (July to end of August 2025) to support our talented kitchen team.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist in the day-to-day culinary operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
  • Support the team in delivering exceptional food quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen brigade to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
  • Contribute to menu execution and seasonal offerings in line with our brand’s refined gastronomic identity.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a high-quality hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused attitude and ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Passion for culinary excellence and team collaboration.
