Job summary

Vyntra is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to drive the technical side of enterprise opportunities across Europe. You’ll lead discovery, demos, POCs and solution design, partnering with Sales, Product, Professional Services and Customer Success to turn complex requirements into deliverable architectures.

You’ll translate customer needs into credible solutions using the Vyntra platform, ensure alignment with the roadmap, and deliver structured handover to delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution engineering/presales in fraud, financial crime or payments.
• Enterprise sales experience with banks or FinTechs.
• Strong data and API integration knowledge.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, demos and workshops for fraud and financial crime opportunities.
• Own the technical workstream from qualification through design and validation.
• Design and run proofs of concepts with clear objectives and outcomes.
• Translate customer requirements into credible solutions using the Vyntra platform.
• Engage with technical, operational and senior stakeholders in banks.
• Build high‑quality demo environments reflecting regional requirements.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D to stay aligned with roadmap.
• Provide documentation for qualification and handover to Professional Services.
• Improve presales processes, playbooks and best practices.
• Capture market insights and feedback for product and commercial teams.
