Zusammenfassung

Vyntra is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to support complex enterprise opportunities across Europe. You’ll lead the technical side of the sales process, from discovery and qualification through demonstrations, proofs of concepts, solution design and handover.

As a senior team member, you’ll help bring structure to demos, qualification, solution design and handover while collaborating with Sales, Product, Professional Services and Customer Success.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in solution engineering, presales or technical sales in fraud or financial crime.
• Understanding of fraud operations in banks/financial institutions, with payments knowledge.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales with banks, payment providers or FinTechs.
• Strong data and integration skills; knowledge of APIs and deployment architecture.
• Fluent English; French, German or Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and customer workshops for fraud and financial crime opportunities.
• Own technical workstream through qualification, discovery, demos, design and validation.
• Design and run structured proofs of concepts with clear objectives and outcomes.
• Translate customer requirements into credible solutions using the Vyntra platform.
• Engage with technical, operational and senior stakeholders in banks and financial institutions.
• Build and maintain high-quality demo environments reflecting use cases and regional requirements.
• Work with Product and R&D to ensure demos align with product capabilities and roadmap.
• Produce qualification, design and handover documentation for Professional Services.
• Improve Solution Engineering processes and standards for consistency and visibility.
• Capture customer requirements, market insight and competitor intelligence.
• Collaborate with Professional Services and Customer Success for smooth presales to implementation.
• Share knowledge with other Solution Engineers to develop best practices.
