METTLER TOLEDO in Switzerland is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help advance our lab automation software across hardware and software components. You will work in international distributed teams, own features end-to-end, and raise engineering execution and delivery standards.

The role requires strong C# / .NET, experience with hardware-integrated software, and collaboration with product owners and stakeholders. We offer a hybrid setup near Zurich and opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills and software engineering fundamentals.
• Deep experience with C# / .NET.
• Experience with hardware- or embedded-system-integrated software.
• Breadth across platform software, web, and desktop Windows applications.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and modern agile practices.
• Ability to mentor and drive engineering quality.
• English fluency; German a plus.
