Lead with strong software craft, mentor engineers, and ensure adoption and quality as you ship impactful DAM capabilities at scale with a focus on AI-assisted tooling and rapid iteration.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js or Python and API design
• Full-stack capability with cloud-native experience (AWS)
• Ability to translate customer problems into production software
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools and strong mentoring mindset
